Here we have Residenza Solferino Roma, that is living in Rome in a wonderful villa with swimming pool, car-park, breakfast room, a stone's throw from Fiumicino Rome Airport and ten minutes from the Vatican City:

Short term and weekly vacation rental accommodations: one-roomed flats and studios with 2/4/6 beds realized in a nice 60s cottage completely restored and equipped with every modern comfort, independent entrance, air conditioning, heating, direct dial telephone, TV set, computer, printer, fax, garden, bed linen and towels service, cleaning. 
We rent flats and studios and most af all relaxation and comfort unrivalled: guests can use swimming pool and can sunbathe rocked by light breeze of our knoll, parents can enjoy their rest while all childs become friends and are playing in the garden or making some excursion.
In the afternoon someone takes a mountain bike and goes for a ride: on his way back, he tells to other guests what a wonderful landscape and smells he has met.

In the evening guest can use garden's barbecue for fish mixed grill and sumptuous grilled T-bone steaks: we play some good music (jazz, 60s) or karaoke in our little hall, you only have to ask. And after...Rome by night with all cinemas, theatres, discothèques, restaurants, bowlings, pubs and so on, you can take your pick!
Quiet people can take a stroll around "Trastevere" and choose different evening events (music, dance, theatre, poetry, philosophy, exhibitions and so on) from May to November.
Then there is Sunday street market, Porta Portese (a real gem), like Portobello in London or Flea market in Paris, there is Parioli's market on Mondays...
